14.1 Mandatory Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, or the products purchased from Stark, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or via telephone/video conference if mutually agreed upon.

14.2 Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ECOM MANAGEMENT LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
