Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 13.09.2026

At Apex Reputation (apexreputation.co), operated by Ecom Management LLC, our reputation management services are offered on a monthly B2B subscription basis. Because our services require immediate allocation of proprietary software, manual analysis, and dedicated dispute resolution resources, all subscriptions are strictly governed by the following cancellation terms.

1. The 14-Day Grace Period (Prior to Onboarding)

When purchasing a subscription, clients are granted a 14-day grace period to review our terms before the technical work begins.

  • During these 14 days, you may cancel your subscription for a full refund ONLY IF you have not yet submitted the required Onboarding Google Form.

  • To request a cancellation during this grace period, you must email support@apexreputation.co before the form is submitted.

2. "Start of Work" & Mandatory 90-Day Commitment

The exact moment the authorized representative submits the Onboarding Google Form, the service setup is officially initiated.

  • Waiver of Grace Period: Submitting the onboarding form immediately and permanently waives any remaining time in the 14-day grace period.

  • 90-Day Commitment: Upon form submission, the account is immediately subject to a strict, non-negotiable 90-day minimum billing commitment.

  • During this 90-day initial period, the subscription cannot be cancelled, and the client is financially responsible for all monthly recurring charges within this window.

3. Cancellations After the 90-Day Commitment

Once the mandatory 90-day minimum commitment has been fulfilled, the subscription automatically continues on a standard month-to-month basis.

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial 90 days are complete.

  • Notice Period: To prevent being billed for the upcoming cycle, a cancellation request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@apexreputation.co.

  • Terminations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. B2B Agreement & Dispute Resolution

Apex Reputation provides commercial (B2B) services. By completing the checkout process and subsequently submitting the Onboarding Form, the client explicitly authorizes the recurring charges and agrees to the 90-day minimum commitment.

We do not accept retroactive cancellations. Failure to submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle (after the 90-day period) will result in a standard renewal, and no refunds will be issued for that cycle. Any chargeback or payment dispute filed during the 90-day commitment period—or filed without adhering to this written cancellation policy—will be aggressively disputed using the client's digital consent logs and timestamped form submissions.
